Booking Terms for Ketut Paon Bali Experiences

Understand what is included, what still needs confirmation and how child rates, dietary requests, special setups and cancellation are handled.

These terms apply to Ketut Paon Bali Cooking Lessons Ubud direct bookings.

Booking Confirmation

A planner estimate or first message is not a confirmed booking. The date, package, guest count, pickup, menu, celebration/stay details, final amount and payment method must be confirmed directly.

Premium Direct Prices

Cooking + Meal and cooking-based dietary experiences: USD 75 for 1 adult, USD 55/adult for 2, USD 50/adult for 3-4, USD 45/adult for 5-8, USD 40/adult for 9+. Market + Cooking, Birthday Celebration and Flower Offering Craft: USD 85 for 1 adult, USD 65/adult for 2, USD 60/adult for 3-4, USD 55/adult for 5-8, USD 50/adult for 9+. Honeymoon Cooking + Local Stay: USD 179 per couple.

Included Cultural Extras

Every package includes a complimentary Balinese dance performance and one complimentary beer for each adult guest. Birthday bookings also include a birthday cake and birthday decoration. Honeymoon bookings include one local-home night and honeymoon decoration.

Children

Children aged 5-11 pay 50% of the applicable adult rate. Infants aged 0-4 join free.

Dietary Requests

Feasible requests may be adapted without an extra menu surcharge. The family kitchen uses shared tools, surfaces and oil; allergen-free and zero-cross-contact conditions are not guaranteed.

Transport

Ubud round-trip pickup is included. Outside-Ubud transport is quoted separately.

Cancellation

When a guest cancels a confirmed booking, 50% of the total payment is refunded and the remaining 50% is non-refundable.
