Booking Terms
Clear conditions for confirmation, prices, the complimentary beer for adult guests, children, transport, food requests, cancellation, date changes, safety, and photography.
These terms apply to direct requests for Pak Lunga Cooking Lessons Ubud packages.
Booking Confirmation
A website form, planner estimate, or first WhatsApp message is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation happens only after the date, package, guest count, pickup arrangement, food requests, final amount, and payment method have been accepted.
Published Direct Prices
Cooking Lesson + Meal: USD 60 for one adult, USD 45 per adult for 2-4 paying guests, and USD 40 per adult for 5 or more paying guests. Market Tour + Cooking + Meal: USD 70 for one adult, USD 57 per adult for 2-4 paying guests, and USD 50 per adult for 5 or more paying guests.
Complimentary Beer for Adult Guests
One beer per adult guest is included with either published cooking package at no additional charge. Alcohol is optional, is not included for children or infants, and is served only to guests legally permitted to drink.
Children and Infants
Children aged 5-11 pay 50% of the applicable adult rate. Infants aged 0-4 join free. At least one responsible adult must supervise children around knives, heat, oil, and cooking equipment.
Transport
Round-trip transport from accommodation in Ubud is included. Guests outside Ubud must share the exact property so an additional transport charge can be confirmed before payment.
Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Every dietary request, allergy, intolerance, religious restriction, and ingredient to avoid must be disclosed before confirmation. The family setting uses shared tools, surfaces, oil, and ingredients; a zero-cross-contact environment is not promised.
Cancellation and Refund
Date Changes
A request to move a booking is subject to availability. A new date is not guaranteed until Pak Lunga confirms it directly.
Late Arrival, Safety and Conduct
Guests should be ready at the agreed pickup point. A substantial delay may shorten the experience or remove the market stop. Guests must follow guidance around knives, flames, hot oil, cooking equipment, and private family areas.
Photography and Guest Stories
Personal photography is welcome unless a private or ceremonial moment is identified. Pak Lunga will not publish guest photos, names, countries, or review wording without permission.
